     Residents receive discounted stays at all Benchmark-managed luxury resorts nationwide.
  7.  How can I reserve a residence?
     To reserve a residence a $5,000 refundable deposit is required along with a fully executed reservation agreement. The reservation agreement can be found at the bottom of AtaraDesertColorResidences.com or by calling 435-619-7400 or visiting our sales center.
